Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@darkonegames.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return address. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label and make sure your replacement or refund is handled quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

* Opened or used games

* Digital downloads or printable materials

* Custom 3D prints or made-to-order items

* Clearance or “final sale” products

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Third-Party and Consignment Sales

Dark One Games occasionally lists used, vintage, or third-party items on behalf of independent sellers. These listings will be clearly identified as such.

In these cases, Dark One Games acts solely as a facilitator of the transaction. Because these transactions are peer-to-peer in nature, Dark One Games cannot guarantee acceptance of returns or refunds once the item has shipped, unless the seller has agreed otherwise.
